Processing Time All items are typically crafted within 5 to 10 working days. However, processing times may extend during busier periods, such as Christmas. An estimated shipping date will be provided at checkout. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods All items are shipped using UPS's Standard delivery service, which typically takes 1 to 3 working days.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available, except for Northern Ireland.
Delivery Timeframes Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays might occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or holiday periods.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Order Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
